WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?

Gamezgear.com does ship internationally, ordering options are available in several other countries.

 

gamezgear.com doesn't ship to P.O. boxes,

If you place your order you'll receive standard shipping rates.

 

WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email. If you have placed customized order on specific request then you would be informed about the shipping costs according to the weight of products you have ordered with gamezgear.com

 

CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?

You can check your order status anytime after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order is shipped.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

The shipping address can be changed by sending an email to customer care but it must be prior to handing over shipment to the couriers/ shipping company. Please call us if you're unable to cancel your order.
